1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Bedash Accounting & Advisory (“Bedash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and your access to our website bedash.com.au.

2. Scope of Services
Bedash provides bookkeeping and financial administration services only, including:
Transaction coding and bank reconciliation
Payroll processing and employee record maintenance
Preparation of BAS‑ready financial data
Accounts payable and receivable management
General ledger maintenance
Financial reporting (non‑advisory)
No BAS or Tax Lodgement
We do not provide BAS lodgement, tax agent services, or any services regulated by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). Where required, we may work with external registered BAS agents or tax professionals engaged by you, or our registered external TPB agent.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Maintain access to your accounting software and bank feeds
Ensure compliance with all legal and tax obligations
Review all reports and outputs provided by Bedash
Notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies
You remain solely responsible for all decisions made based on information provided by Bedash.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Fees may be charged as:
Fixed monthly packages
Hourly rates
Project‑based fees
Additional charges for urgent work or out‑of‑scope tasks
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur administrative fees.
Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.
4.3 Direct Debit (if applicable)
Where direct debit is used, you authorise Bedash to process recurring payments for ongoing services.
5. Access to Accounting Software
You may grant Bedash access to your accounting platform (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks). You acknowledge that:
You control all access permissions
You may revoke access at any time
We do not store or have access to your online banking login credentials
Bank feeds are authorised and controlled by you.
6. Confidentiality
We will keep your information confidential and use it only for the purpose of providing services to you, except where disclosure is required by law or authorised by you.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Bedash is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from errors in information provided by you
Bedash is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss
Bedash’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service period
You acknowledge that bookkeeping outputs depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.
9. Third‑Party Services
We may use third‑party providers (e.g., cloud accounting platforms, IT services). We are not responsible for:
The performance or availability of third‑party systems
Errors or outages caused by third‑party platforms
Privacy practices of third‑party providers
You agree to comply with the terms of any third‑party services you use.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing 14 days’ written notice.
We may terminate immediately if:
You fail to pay invoices
You provide misleading or fraudulent information
You breach these Terms
Continued service would create a legal or ethical risk
Upon termination:
Outstanding fees remain payable
Access to accounting systems may be revoked
We may provide final reports or handover documents at your request (fees may apply)
11. Intellectual Property
All documents, templates, processes, and materials created by Bedash remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use deliverables for your internal business purposes only.
12. Website Use

Interfere with website functionality
Attempt unauthorised access
Use the site for unlawful purposes
Content on the website is provided for general information only and is not financial or tax advice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
